C’s Focus

I think it was probably six years ago that my 3 friends and I talked about creating a website portal for Filipinos in the US. We talked and brainstormed what we would want to have in our site. I remember not knowing anything about web publishing, html and all that stuff and the only credit I can be proud of is knowing how to surf the web.

But we’ve been very ambitious. We met and ate lots of pizza, drank coke and merrily discussed what each subject are of our site each one will be responsible for. We, actually I bought our domains and kept tab of things. Those were some fun days.

After we’ve gone our separate ways, I was left with our domains and a plan.

Now after several skins and face lifts, the new and revitalized PinoySaAmerika.com is alive again. Thanks to Drupal which makes it so easy to manage my site and its content. I sent a message to my pinoy buddies and hopefully they will join me in our new journey.

OK. I need to take this blog posting seriously now.

As you can see, I’ve been goofing around, doing everything but going nowhere. Time again to sit down and write my thoughts. Hey, looks like I did the same thing last year almost at the same month. Interesting!

To start with, I added more categories to this blog. Each one representing one of my interests. I’ll try to post to a category as soon I move to that focus. Bear with me. I’m sure at one point in time, there will be one post in each.

Time to get to work on my website project now. Until then… KEEP YOUR FOCUS!
